Job summary

Qualifications

• Client-facing, service-oriented role experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficiency in customer service software and multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicating directly with clients by phone and email for up to 85 percent of the day.
• Research complex situations, set client expectations, and define actions to resolve inquiries.
• Educate clients on technology usage to monitor and service their needs.
• Adhere to compliance procedures while prioritizing investors’ best interests.
• Complete operational tasks including data input and cross-department coordination.
