State Farm independent contractor agent seeks a customer-focused individual to educate clients about insurance options, develop leads, and meet marketing goals. You will present solutions and build relationships with potential customers in Hillsdale, MI.

Responsibilities include needs-based reviews, scheduling appointments, and marketing State Farm products. Prior sales or marketing experience and strong communication skills are valued.

• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Self-motivated
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Experience in marketing
• Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education

Employment Type

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must complete licensing requirements and training programs. Agents are independent contractors and are responsible for hiring their own employees.

Compensation
