Job summary

Axos Clearing is seeking a Financial Services Associate to join a fast-paced operations team in Centennial, CO. The role involves processing transactions, reviewing documentation, and maintaining account records to ensure accurate, timely client service.

This position offers career growth to Senior Analyst and Team Lead, with exposure to multiple departments and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Target pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, onsite only.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial services or related operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation and process account and transaction requests.
• Analyze information and perform quality control reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Process account maintenance, transfers, deposits, withdrawals and other transactions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies and processing issues.
• Interface with systems and departments to meet service-level expectations.
• Assist with client and internal operational support inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and update account information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
