Job summary

Osaic is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Processing Specialist to support our Financial Services team in processing brokerage account documentation. You will review and validate openings, transfers, and regulatory paperwork while upholding firm policies and compliance standards.

A strong commitment to accuracy and responsive service is essential, as you’ll interact with financial professionals and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and data integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance preferred or related field.
• New graduates welcome: internship/co-op experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Process brokerage account documents with high accuracy and within service timelines.
• Review incoming documentation for completeness, signatures, and supporting materials.
• Validate transactions against firm policies and industry regulations; ensure compliance.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and errors prior to processing.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, and account rules).
• Maintain audit trails for all processed transactions; keep timely records.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with internal partners to clarify requests and resolve issues.
