Job summary

Bard Financial Group in Branford, CT is seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide day-to-day administrative and service support to clients and advisors. The role emphasizes accurate processing, responsive service, and timely follow-through within a collaborative environment.

Located onsite in Branford, CT, this position offers a salary of $65,000–$75,000 per year plus an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, 401k, and paid time

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience in a professional office environment, client service, or wealth management support.
• Strong customer-centric mentality with commitment to excellent client experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic math concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to advisors related to client servicing and daily business activities.
• Manage front office reception duties, greet visitors, answer phones, and provide professional client support.
• Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account servicing, including setup, transfers, and beneficiary changes.
• Review client documentation for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Track client workflows, service requests, deadlines, and outstanding items for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with custodians, product partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and follow-through.
