Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years securities industry or related work experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions with clients via phone, email, in-person, virtual and mailings.
• Onboards new clients and opens new client accounts, researching client and security information.
• Ensures client information and documentation complies with firm and industry regulations.
• Processes transfers of assets and monitors cash awaiting investment; communicates opportunities to clients.
• Prepares financial reports, spreadsheets and materials for client meetings; inputs orders and rebalances portfolios for Financial Advisors.
• Creates and maintains CRM records and supports marketing efforts and events.
