Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a Client Service Associate to support advisor teams and clients through account operations, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance. The role builds foundational technical knowledge and client communication skills.

You will learn custodial processes, manage asset movements, and coordinate with custodians, ensuring accuracy and timely completion under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in financial services or a related industry is valued.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Process account onboarding, including preparation of Advisory Agreements and custodial account agreements.
• Manage custodial inquiries and account maintenance through resolution
• Handle asset movement requests with clients and custodial level from initiation to completion
• Support retirement account rollovers, reconciliation of transferred assets, and annuity rollovers
• Assist with Separately Managed Account and subdocument processing
• Coordinate offboarding client notifications and manage returned mail/abandoned property accounts
• Provide proactive communication with clients and advisor teams throughout all account-related matters
• Assure accuracy and timeliness of all custodian work
