You will partner with financial representatives to support efficient, profitable practices, assist with insurance and client onboarding, and help advisors execute their business with modern digital tools.

This role offers full-time hours, remote two days per week after 90 days, generous benefits, and opportunities to grow within the team as a specialist or lead.

• Communicate with Home Office, representatives, and clients for policy approval.
• Craft comprehensive financial plans tailored to client needs.
• Manage insurance applications, paperwork, underwriting tracking, and client servicing.
• Open investment accounts and manage documentation.
• Execute investment trades efficiently.
• Stay updated on investment regulations.
• Process insurance applications using technology for signatures.
• Input client data into planning software and CRM.
• Confirm client appointments.
• Attend weekly development and team meetings to advance industry mastery.
