Responsibilities include data entry, paperwork, scheduling, and ensuring timely follow-up, with a focus on delivering a high-quality client experience while developing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Financial services, insurance, wealth management, banking, or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology platforms.
• Desire to build a long-term career with a growing practice.
• Willingness to obtain Insurance and Investment licenses.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records
