Job description

Financial Operations Associate

Location: Waukesha, WI

Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Temp to hire basis. The role is 100% on-site with hours of 8am to 5pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Please apply for immediate consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily financial operations activities, e.g., bank and client transaction posting, book-to-cash reconciliation, etc.
• Execute financial transactions such as wire transfers, ACH, etc., ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies/procedures.
• Complete monthly financial operations activities, e.g., bank account reconciliation, interest earnings allocation, client statement rendering.
• Assist with yield enhancement and optimization activities, e.g., data analysis, reporting, recommendations.
• Complete bank underwriting and monitoring related tasks, e.g., call report data analysis, bank enforcement action monitoring.
• Assist with ongoing development and enhancements to proprietary technology.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in banking, financial services or deposit management highly desired.
• HS Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus. Experience will also be considered.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
