Strategic People Advisors is assisting a local OneAmerica Financial® affiliated agency with an associate program designed to teach macroeconomic planning principles, client acquisition, and advanced case design. You will be paired with a mentor to build a predictable, relationship-driven local advisory business.

No financial background is required; the program provides classroom-to-field training and sponsorship for licensing, with a clear path to licensing and professional development.

Qualifications

• No prior financial industry experience required; sales, teaching, operations, or management valued.
• Must pass a standard industry background check and licensing exam (sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent track record of professional success.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured, multi-phase licensing and financial planning training program.
• Learn to host consultative discovery conversations to evaluate client needs, financial vulnerabilities, and cash flow.
• Design tailored asset-protection, disability, and retirement planning solutions using the firm’s advanced financial modeling software.
• Build a local advisory brand by engaging with local communities, professional organizations, and personal networks.
