You will handle inbound calls, take ownership of issues, and work toward FINRA licensing, with paid training via Schwab Service Academy. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts offer enhanced compensation and remote work possibilities after training.

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications reflect prior customer service or client relationship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Ability to adapt to market changes and business needs.
• Passion for serving clients and delivering solutions.
• Willingness to learn securities industry basics and licensing.

Responsibilities
