Job summary

Six Degrees is seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented IFA Administrator to join our remote, growth‑minded team. You will support advisers, prepare client files, chase third parties and manage documentation to keep the advice and implementation process moving smoothly.

In a flexible, remote role with core hours 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., you will collaborate across providers, maintain strict records in Zoho CRM and WorkDrive, and contribute to delivering first‑class service for clients with £3m–£50m

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an IFA administrator.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable communicating with providers and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve provider relationships as the go-to contact.
• Manage and organise client documentation and digital files.
• Support advisers and paraplanners by preparing files and chasing third parties.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Help move money through the advice and implementation process.
• Participate in regular virtual meetings and quarterly meetups.

We’re now looking for an experienced, detail‑oriented IFA Administrator to join our small and dynamic team. This is a remote role where you’ll play a key part in improving operational efficiency, building strong relationships with providers, and helping us deliver exceptional service to clients with £3m–£50m in investable assets.

• Remote working with core hours of 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning and improving provider relationships becoming the go-to contact
• Managing and organising client documentation and digital files (Zoho CRM & WorkDrive)
• Supporting advisers and paraplanners by preparing files, chasing third parties
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and complete
• Helping keep money moving efficiently through the advice and implementation process
• Participating in regular virtual team meetings and quarterly in-person meetups
