South Carolina Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative II/Senior Teller for our West Columbia Financial Center in West Columbia, SC. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and offering financial products that meet customers’ needs.

You’ll participate in team huddles, handle transactions, and balance your drawer while maintaining accuracy and compliance. The position supports a schedule that allows nights and weekends, with opportunities to grow

As a Financial Service Representative II, a typical day might look like this:

• Participate in a morning huddle brainstorming with team members about ways to meet referral goals.
• Talk with a customer about the payoff amount for their auto loan.
• Review and deposit a check into a customer's account.
• Cash a large payroll check.
• Meet with a service leader to review your current performance.
• Balance your drawer before heading home.

To land this role, you need to have a high school diploma (or equivalent), at least one year of direct Senior Teller experience in a financial service environment, and a positive attitude.
