The position of Financial Service Representative (FSR) Floater is responsible for providing exemplary customer service to all bank customers. The FSR answers questions, provides information upon request, and assists customers in understanding and utilizing the bank’s products and services. Responsibilities include opening and servicing new and existing bank accounts, supporting the Branch Manager, maintaining a teller cash drawer, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The role requires travel to cover assigned branches as needed.
The FSR must help ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulations.
Additional responsibilities include answering phones, covering for staff absences, and performing other duties as assigned.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Full-time, non-exempt, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
Travel between branches as requested.
Office environment with standard office equipment.
Writing, typing, speaking, lifting up to 50 pounds, driving, and other physical activities.
Reading, detailed work, problem solving, customer contact, reasoning, math, communication, and handling stress and interruptions.
