Job summary

Arkansas Federal Credit Union in Rogers, AR is seeking a friendly Financial Service Representative to assist members with their financial needs, explain products, and process transactions.

You will build trust, guide members through loan applications, maintain accounts, and support community involvement. A minimum of two years’ customer service experience and a high school diploma are required. No weekends and competitive benefits accompany this role.

The role…

As a Financial Service Representative, you serve as an advocate and financial expert dedicated to helping members achieve their financial goals. Using a proven methodology that allows you to engage in meaningful conversations with the members to better understand their financial needs is your primary role. By having conversations, you will be able to serve members with the right products at the right time to help the member achieve financial success.
