Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' related customer service experience.
• Knowledge of financial industry models and products.
• Educated with at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technologically proficient and comfortable with banking software.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and earn member trust to retain long-term connections.
• Understand Arkansas Federal products to enhance the member experience and attract new members.
• Identify members needs using a proven model to make financial recommendations.
• Member account maintenance and service requests handling.
• Guide members through loan applications and other requests.

The role…

As a Financial Service Representative, you serve as an advocate and financial expert dedicated to helping members achieve their financial goals. Using a proven methodology that allows you to engage in meaningful conversations with the members to better understand their financial needs is your primary role. By having conversations, you will be able to serve members with the right products at the right time to help the member achieve financial success.

• Build positive relationships and earn member trust to retain long-term connections

• Use a proven model to identify members needs in order to make financial recommendations
