Responsibilities

  • Provide support to LPL’s advisors and their staff via phone and email.
  • Handle inquiries from simple account balances to complex financial transactions.
  • Manage cases with documentation and email correspondence.
  • Participate in training and stay updated with policies and procedures.
  • Communicate policies to advisors and support staff and escalate as needed.
  • Assist with team huddles, reporting, and service improvement initiatives.

These inquires can range from something as simple as an account balance inquiry to helping resolve unique financial transactions. As a frontline representative, the Service Support Professional will have a direct impact on the day-to-day service experience that is provided to our clients.If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for service excellence, and a desire to excel, this will be a rewarding career for you.Responsibilities:Research standard and complex issues, set customer expectations, and define the actions necessary to resolve the situationComplete operational tasks including case management, documentation and email correspondenceActively participate in training and remain current with operational policies and proceduresCommunicate operational and financial industry policies and procedures to advisors and support staff.
