Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in sales and providing financial solutions.
• Proficient with Word/Excel/Outlook and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members through excellent service to ensure their financial needs are met.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, wires, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial goals.
• Make outbound calls for onboarding and relationship-building.
• Maintain daily tasks and meet sales/service goals.
• Greet members, use their name, and maintain professional courtesy.
• Assist in vault balancing, money ordering, teller audits.
• Follow Bank Secrecy Act and privacy policies.
• Support training and mentoring of team members.
