Job description

Work in partnership with a team of financial analysts for the EMN Administrative Unit, assisting with the financial operations of seven units, including two large multi-disciplinary research and teaching departments, multiple-offsite organized research units, and Interdepartmental Graduate Programs to support more than 300 active fund sources. Review and reconcile monthly general ledgers & payroll expenditure (DOPE) reports; perform web recharges, and redistribute departmental expenses in UCRFS as appropriate; process Procard expense transfers; deposits, gift acceptance forms, and provide ad-hoc financial reports and analyses to Financial Operations Manager and FAO as needed, and assist with record and data management for the EMN Administrative unit.
The full step salary range for the Financial Service Analyst 2 is $32.03 - $46.82 hourly range. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $33.63 to $34.31 hourly.
We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
The working environment is on campus; however, we are working hybrid-remote schedules and it is subject to change. Must be able to adjust to 5 days in person if needed for the operational needs of the unit.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.

Educational Requirements
