Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and financial concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and analyze financial data and prepare asset and liability reports.
• Support the monitoring and assessment of interest rate, liquidity, and other financial risks.
• Assist with financial models used to forecast balance sheet performance and risk exposure.
• Maintain documentation of financial activities, assumptions, methodologies, and risk reports.
• Support the operation and maintenance of financial software and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct research on market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and other team members to support financial management and risk-control initiatives.
