• Coordinate with Welfare, SSA, Medicaid, Medicare, Food Stamps and other agencies.
• Orient residents to financial arrangements and responsibilities toward resource agencies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation of interactions with residents.
• Educate residents and staff about available financial resources and rights.
• Support discharge planning with financial aspects and documentation.
