The role is primarily commission-based with a first-year stipend up to $20,000 and enhanced commissions during the first four years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

• History of high achievement demonstrated by rapid growth and consistent, measurable results.
• Ability to develop lasting, meaningful relationships as well as influence others.

Responsibilities

• Offer a personalized/need based approach to providing customized solutions tailored to each client’s long term financial goals and objectives.
• Managing financial risk and achieving financial security in the areas but not limited to: life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, annuities and investments.
• Create a referral-based practice to build your clientele.
