Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated Financial Representative to address members’ financial needs and lead local outreach. You will help grow the office by mentoring new hires and building community relationships.

The role emphasizes recruiting and training financial representatives, delivering strong team leadership, and driving goal achievement across the local footprint; licensing (SIE, Life/Health) is required or pursued quickly.
