Job summary

Qualifications

• Prepare quarterly SEC 10K/Q filings and earnings releases.
• Conduct accounting analysis on related party transactions, leases, stock-based compensation, and software development costs.
• Provide support on technical accounting research and documentation for significant transactions (debt/equity financing, acquisitions, VIE).
• Evaluate new accounting pronouncements and assist with adoption and disclosure.
• Develop and update significant accounting policies and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual audits and quarterly reviews, including project management.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and recommend process improvements.
