Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in accounting, finance, or financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; able to analyze financial data.
• Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs monthly reconciliations of assets, liabilities, equity and GL accounts.
• Supports month-end and year-end close activities with analyses and schedules.
• Maintains financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Prepares financial reports, schedules and supporting documentation for management.
• Assists in improving accuracy, reliability and timeliness of statements.
• Collaborates with auditors, tax preparers and external firms as needed.
• Coordinates information for audits, tax filings and regulatory reporting.
• Gathers and maintains records requested by external firms; tracks action items.
• Supports internal controls development and monitoring.
