Financial Reporting Senior Accountant – High Profile, Inc.

High Profile has partnered with a growing organization to find an experienced and detail‑oriented Financial Reporting Senior Accountant. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the company’s financial integrity by preparing consolidated financial statements, supporting internal controls, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Manage the monthly consolidation process for multiple entities, reviewing inter‑company eliminations for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare consolidated cash flow statements and monthly reporting packages for senior leadership.
  • Partner with domestic and international accounting teams to review subsidiary financials and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support technical accounting research, assist with implementing new accounting standards, and maintain documentation of accounting policies.
  • Participate in maintaining internal controls and provide audit support as needed.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to gather and analyze financial data for reporting purposes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the financial reporting function.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
  • CPA preferred (or in progress).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting or financial reporting experience in a Retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial statement preparation, and consolidation accounting.
  • Experience auditing or preparing complete financial statements.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Cognos Controller, Workiva, or similar systems a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with international entities and SOX/internal controls a plus.
