Job summary

Financial Additions is partnering with a growing Oil & Gas company in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to hire a Financial Reporting Manager.

You will prepare and review quarterly and annual statements for multiple funds and entities, lead close activities, tax packages, audits, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in accounting or finance, CPA preferred or in progress, 5+ years of experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and excellent Excel/workpaper skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred or in progress; 5+ years accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls; investment company or PE-backed/oil & gas accounting preferred.
• Advanced Excel and solid workpaper prep; strong communication, organization, and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements across funds and entities.
• Perform close activities: journal entries, reconciliations, tax packages, audits, controls.
• Support acquisitions, due diligence, purchase price allocations, business combinations, and ad hoc analysis.
