Job summary

CFS is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, oversee financial statements, and provide meaningful variance analysis. You will partner closely with FP&A, executive leadership, and business leaders to drive accurate reporting and strategic insights.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
  • CPA required.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
  • Leadership experience with ability to develop and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
  • Oversee preparation and review of financial statements and management reporting packages.
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger activity.
  • Analyze financial results and provide variance analysis and insights.
  • Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
  • Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate external audits and support regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams
