Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Financial Reporting Lead to prepare external-facing financial statements and quarterly earnings releases under US GAAP. This role reports to the Head of External Reporting and Technical Accounting and combines on-site work in Oak Brook, IL with two days remote each week.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting, at least four years of relevant experience, and knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting. CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting and SEC compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares CNH Industrial financial statements and footnotes under US GAAP including 10-K and quarterly reports.
• Prepares the financial press release coordinating with senior management and Investor Relations.
• Researches and prepares technical accounting memos for new transactions.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of External Reporting and Technical Accounting (US GAAP), theFinancial Reporting Lead will prepare the external-facing reporting including the quarterly earnings release and quarterly and annual financial statements for CNH Industrial. This position is eligible for ourhybridwork model working three (3) days on-site in our offices inOak Brook, ILand two (2) days remote/home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares the CNH Industrial financial statements and footnotes under US GAAP including Annual Report on Form 10-K, Quarterly Reports and registration statements while coordinating closely with the IFRS external reporting team.
• Prepares the financial Press Release coordinating closely with senior management, Investor Relations, Communications, Legal and external auditors.
• Researches and prepares technical accounting memos to support the resolution of accounting issues and proper handling of new transactions.
• Monitors US GAAP and SEC developments and assist in the adoption of new accounting and disclosure requirements.
• Work closely with external auditors to address accounting and reporting issues, review of financial statements and footnotes and other matters as needed.
• Supports the corporate accounting functions such as goodwill and intangible impairment assessments, stock-based compensation accounting and pension accounting.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of the financial reporting process, US GAAP accounting and SEC compliance

• CPA license

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
