Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis in IFRS and internal policies.
• Review and challenge market financial submissions; identify and explain key variances, trends and inconsistencies.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on reporting, policy, transformation and M&A activity.
• Respond to inquiries from Group Reporting in London and Japan and support ad-hoc analysis requests.
• Partner with FP&A, Legal, Tax, Transformation, and all practice areas to resolve accounting and reporting issues.
• Support market finance controllers with monthly & quarterly reporting including analysis of balance sheet accounts, NWC, cash conversion, and cash flows.
• Prepare detailed analysis of regional balance sheet performance, net working capital, cash flow, and cash conversion metrics; provide insights for decision-making.
• Assist with regional audit requests including quarterly analytics and regional PBCs.
• Support the Regional and US Controllers in ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and requests.

The FAR team is seeking a Director to lead regional and local ad ‑ hoc financial analysis, support process improvement initiatives, and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information shared across the organization. This role requires strong technical accounting expertise , sound judgment, and the ability to partner effectively across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely , accurate financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis in compliance with IFRS and internal policies
• Review and challenge market financial submissions; identify and explain key variances , trends and/or inconsistencies
• Provide technical accounting guidance on matters related to reporting, policy, transformation and M&A activity
• Respond to inquiries from the Group Reporting teams in London and Japan and support ad ‑ hoc analysis requests
• Partner closely with FP&A, Legal, Tax, Transformation, and all practice areas to resolve accounting and reporting issues
• Support market finance controllers with monthly & quarterly reporting including analysis of balance sheet accounts, NWC, cash conversion, and cash flows
• Prepare detailed analysis of regional balance sheet performance, net working capital, cash flow, and cash conversion metrics. Provide insights that support executive decision ‑ making and strategic planning
• Assist with regional audit requests including quarterly analytics and various other regional PBCs
• Support the Regional and US Controllers in Ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in Financial Reporting (such as external audit, controllership, etc.) or Financial Reporting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Strong analytical, presentation, and delivery skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Finance, Accounting, or Business Degree
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACA, CIMA)
• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in a global or multi-market finance environment

The annual base salary range for this position is ($113,000 - $190,000). Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
