Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting and Accounting to support monthly/quarterly close, consolidation, and financial reporting under US GAAP.

You will strengthen internal controls, document key processes, and drive automation to shorten close times while reducing risk. The role requires a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA (or pursuing), and 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in multi-unit retail/restaurant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting/financial reporting experience; retail/restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong US GAAP expertise and experience with consolidations/reconciliations.
• SEC Reporting exposure preferred.
• Experience owning month/quarter end close with audit-ready support.
• SOX and internal controls experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own key components of monthly/quarterly close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review internal and external financial statements and disclosures per US GAAP.
• Maintain accounting process documentation and SOX controls; support audits.
• Drive process standardization and automation using technology and data visualization.
• Collaborate on special projects as needed.
