American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst in Reinsurance to join our team. The role involves reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual reinsurance reports for small warranty reinsurance companies, processing and reviewing reinsurance transactions, and ensuring compliance with reinsurance agreements. Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting, developing, and enhancing reinsurance reports
2. Resolving issues and providing internal and external support
3. Collaborating with the Reinsurance and Funding Director to identify internal control issues
4. Building and maintaining positive relationships with agents and dealers
