Diamond Communications is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our financial reporting team. You will own monthly reporting, analyze data from accounting and lease administration, and present clear insights to senior management and shareholders.

The role emphasizes accuracy, deadlines, and collaboration across departments. A Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting is required, with strong Excel skills and the ability to translate complex numbers into actionable business decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication for cross-department collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Compile and analyze financial data from multiple internal departments, including accounting and lease administration.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, KPIs, and analytical summaries for senior leadership.
• Identify and investigate data discrepancies, variances, and trends to support decision-making.
• Assist in preparing quarterly Board presentation materials and other high-visibility deliverables.
• Participate in ad hoc financial projects to support planning, improvements, and reporting.
