Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, or audit experience.
• Experience in a global/multinational environment preferred.
• Understanding IFRS, US GAAP; consolidation systems experience desirable.
• Public accounting background a plus.

Financial Reporting Analyst

Location: Lakewood, CO 80215. 3 days per week onsite weekly.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Analyst to support financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis activities across a global organization. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing consolidated financial results, maintaining reporting systems and tools, and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial reporting.

The Financial Reporting Analyst will help support a reporting environment that includes OneStream, SAP, Stravis, and Excel Power Query, while also contributing to process improvement initiatives. As the organization progresses through a planned SAP HANA migration, this position will play a key role in testing, validation, process documentation, and reporting enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including intercompany and equity eliminations.
• Compile and analyze financial results from global regions during the monthly close process.
• Investigate variances, identify errors, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
• Support the monthly close process for the corporate parent entity.
• Prepare financial reports, statistical analyses, and management reporting packages.
• Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits by preparing schedules, analyses, and supporting documentation for external auditors.
• Support accounting and reporting activities related to global sales and inventory operations, including multiple manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and diverse product lines.
• Provide accounting guidance and problem-solving support to global finance and accounting teams.
• Conduct technical accounting research and assist with IFRS-related reporting matters.
• Maintain and improve financial reporting processes utilizing OneStream, SAP, Stravis, Microsoft Office, reconciliations, templates, and validation controls.
• Participate in SAP HANA migration activities, including system testing, data validation, documentation, and reporting improvements.
• Leverage Power Query, reporting technologies, and AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability.
• Support special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, audit, or related experience.
• Experience working in a global or multinational organization preferred.
• Experience consolidating international subsidiaries and foreign currency reporting preferred.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, financial consolidations, or external audit processes preferred.
• Candidates with a strong US GAAP background may also be considered.
• Experience with consolidation systems preferred; OneStream experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with ERP and reporting platforms such as SAP, OneStream, Stravis, or similar systems preferred.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.
