Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

DURATION: CONTRACT (6 months with extension possibility)

RATE: $45HR-$50HR

LOCATION: CHICAGO/CHICAGOLAND AREA (REMOTE)

Position Summary

Analysts with strong reporting, finance, and data manipulation skills are needed to run month-end reports, which includes downloading data from various applications and formatting it for reporting.

Expertise in Epic Cube and Excel is ideal for this short-term role (may have potential for Full-time, but that is TBD).

Essential Job Functions

• Run and manage month-end reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Download data from various applications and consolidate it into a standard format for month-end reporting.
• Utilize Epic Cube, Strata, and Excel to manipulate and analyze data, generating insightful reports.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to gather necessary data and ensure comprehensive reporting.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and key insights from data to support decision-making.
• Maintain and improve existing reporting processes and tools.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
• Additional ad-hoc projects may be assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, data manipulation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Epic Cube and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other data analysis tools and software.
• Knowledge of financial systems and databases.
