Qualifications

• MS Office (Excel) and Access.
• Experience with PeopleSoft.
• Statistical data analysis.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Self motivated/self starter

Responsibilities

• Researching and troubleshooting questions or issues.
• Preparing reports requiring analysis or evaluation.
• Oversees and monitors the process and workflow of preparing various financial reports.
• Responsible for state reporting consisting of maintaining lists of required documents, invoices, payments, etc. that get files with various states.
• Adhoc requests.
• Health Operations.
• Participates in financial reporting changes by adjusting/revising reporting processes and structures.
• Identifies, recommends and implements process and system improvements.
• Creates baseline documentation procedures and processes; can include gathering documentation, work papers, and examples.
• Supports internal and external audits by gathering and explaining requested examples, procedures, and supporting information.
• Communicates and interacts effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
• Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
