Job summary

Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI is seeking an Accountant for Marketplace and merchant administration. You will manage the university online marketplace via Touchnet UCommerce, reconcile ACH and card activity, set up the marketplace, train users for site maintenance, and handle standard accounting duties including reconciliations and AP/expense approvals.

The role also covers sales tax compliance, IRS excise and 1098 filings, and maintenance of property tax files and payments.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree required.
• Accounting work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of or experience with payment card industry and banking preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner and/or Touchnet preferred.
• Detail oriented.

Required Experience
