  • Educate clients on life insurance, income protection, retirement, and other financial strategies.
  • Conduct fact-finding and needs analysis to help identify appropriate solutions.
  • Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement.
  • Build and maintain a growing client base.
  • Conduct ongoing client reviews as needs and circumstances change.
  • Develop knowledge of available insurance and financial products and services.
  • Collaborate with experienced Financial Professionals and specialists when appropriate.
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, coaching, and professional development.
  • Obtain and maintain required licenses and comply with applicable industry regulations and company policies.
