Equitable Advisors is seeking Financial Professionals to offer tailored financial strategies while building strong client relationships. This commission-based role features a guaranteed base salary, comprehensive training, and a path for professional growth. Compensation: This is a commission based role with high earning potential. We offer aguaranteed base salary of$28,000, to ensure all Financial Professionals have a consistent base, however the average Financial Professional can earn up to $135,000 with commission and bonuses.

Requirements:
Work authorization in the U.S.
College degree preferred but not required
State licenses and SIE exam prior to onboarding
Series 7 and 66 registrations prior to onboarding
Results-driven, self-starter with strong work ethic and desire to help others
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and sustain client relationships
