• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, peers, leadership, and technical staff.
• Knowledge of financial, student, payroll, or HR business processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise financial users on University policies, business processes, and internal controls.
• Lead process redesign to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with colleges, IT, and business process leaders on enhancements and system upgrades.
• Provide fact-based analysis on results, trends, and financial projections.
