Position Summary
We are seeking a Financial Planning & Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting financial advisors and enhancing the client experience. The position is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in finance, financial planning, or a related field who is eager to grow their career in wealth management.
This role will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping to implement financial plans, manage day‑to‑day client needs, and ensure a high level of service. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly motivated, and thrives in a structured, process‑driven environment while maintaining a strong client focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Financial Advisors to manage and service client relationships
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and ongoing support
- Gather financial data and conduct research to support financial planning strategies
- Prepare reports and materials for client meetings
- Attend client meetings as needed, document discussions, and manage follow‑up actions
- Execute administrative and operational tasks, including:
- Opening and maintaining client accounts
- Preparing and processing required documentation
- Initiating and tracking account transfers
- Assisting with trade execution and fund requests
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in finance, financial planning, wealth management, or a related field
- Series 65 or Series 66 license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
