Qualifications

• Current Series 7 & 66 licenses; 63/65 in lieu of 66 may be acceptable with passing score within 60 days.
• At least one year in investments with training and knowledge of investment products.
• At least one year in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and achieve goals and build strong client relationships.
• Effective collaboration and communication, with the ability to engage diverse clients.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages time well.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned to clients' goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and refers to appropriate internal service providers.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or existing center clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and solutions.
