Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in the investments/financial services industry.
• At least 1 year in a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Diligent regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan short and long-term financial goals with clients, building a financial plan using brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned to client goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
