Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 and 66 licenses required; 63/65 may substitute with passing missing series within 60 days.
• Minimum 1 year of investments experience and knowledge of investment products and services.
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with proven goal achievement.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to regulatory due diligence and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals and build comprehensive financial plans with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate risk as part of daily activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Engage potential clients through referrals and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners and maintain strong client service.
