Job description

We are seeking an experienced financial advisor to assist clients in designing and implementing strategies to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or finance, a proven track record of creating successful and long-term advising relationships, and excellent communication skills. Compensation: $70,000

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning, investment, and insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and expertise.
  • Leverage MassMutual’s robust network of specialists, including tax, estate planning, business development, and wealth management teams.
  • Utilize advanced digital tools to manage your business efficiently and provide enhanced transparency to clients.
  • Maintain all necessary licenses and adhere to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are essential.
  • Success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is desired.
  • 2+ years of experience as a financial advisor, wealth manager, or related role.
  • Active state insurance licenses and FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, or 66 (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, client-centered advice.
