Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our operations team. The CSA supports advisors and the branch, analyzing client data, assisting with financial plans, processing transactions, and handling practice management tasks.

You’ll also provide administrative and reception support, understanding firm policies and digital tools. We value client-focused service and career development through training and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a client service environment.
• Detail oriented with strong math and analytical skills.
• Good organization and time management; ability to multitask.
• Able to communicate across organizational levels; team oriented.
• Strong computer and software skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients, including preparing financial plans, researching investments, and executing trades.
• Prepare meetings: schedule, agendas, summaries, data entry, escort clients to advisor, and follow-up.
• Prepare and ensure new business paperwork is in order: forms, signatures, home office submission, track insurance applications and rollovers.
• Coordinate marketing events: create compliance docs and manage event reimbursements.
• Provide general admin duties: handle phone, expense reports, client correspondence, files setup, and alerts.
