The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, the Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days, state registrations (S63/S66, S65/S66), and Life/Health licenses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State securities agent registration (S63/S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State IAR registration (S65/S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Life, Accident, and Health licenses or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Experience in a client service environment.
• Strong math, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist advisor in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, entering data, building agendas and summaries, and providing follow-up.
• Prepare new business paperwork, obtain signatures, prepare documentation to send to home office, track insurance applications and rollovers.
• Coordinate marketing events, craft marketing compliance documentation, and manage event reimbursements.
• Provide general administrative duties such as answering phones, processing expense reports, preparing routine client correspondence, and setting up client files.
