Client Service & Relationship Management

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely, professional, and courteous service. Prepare materials for client meetings, including financial plans, performance reports, and review packets. Maintain accurate and compliant client files, ensuring data and documentation are up to date. Monitor accounts for changes, unusual activity, and service needs, following up as necessary.

Advisory & Planning Support

Assist Financial Advisors in developing and implementing client financial plans and recommendations. Support proposal preparation, investment research, and report generation. Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow through on action items. Actively engage with the Financial Advisory and Wealth Management Financial Planning Group. Work toward obtaining CFP designation, SIE, Series 7, 66, and Life & Health licenses within one year to advance into an advisory role.

Business Development & Operations Support

Support marketing and outreach initiatives, including campaigns, client events, and follow-ups. Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant. Collaborate with internal partners to identify opportunities for cross-selling and relationship expansion. Participate in community and networking events to enhance the visibility of the Financial Advisory team.

Compliance & Professional Standards

Ensure adherence to all Bank, LPL, and FINRA regulations and internal policies. Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Complete all required compliance and continuing education training on an annual basis. Adhere to all Bank Security/Compliance Regulations. Complete all annual bank security and compliance training. Adhere to Bank Security/compliance and policy guidelines for commercial loan area. Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times. Stay current on all compliance regulations required through.

Training And Education Other Responsibilities

Participate In Bank And department meetings. Represent the bank in professional and community activities. Actively participate in training programs to stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Partner effectively across all levels of the organization and develop positive working relationships.

Continually Develop Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Through Internal and external training programs

Participate in bank and department meetings. Perform all other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics' or related field. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning financial software systems. Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and initiative. Commitment To Pursuing Industry Licenses Within One Year.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, banking, r a client-facing role. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Personal Finance. Experience in financial planning or advisory services. SIE, Series 7, 66, and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain within one year). Familiarity with LPL platforms and financial planning tools.
