Job summary

Bank of America seeks a financial professional to help clients reach their financial goals through tailored plans and brokerage solutions. You will triage leads, refer to business partners, meet with clients, and build comprehensive plans using stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking products.

The role requires Series 7 and 66 licenses, at least one year in investments or financial services, and strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or the equivalent 63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products and services
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
• Sets and accomplishes goals and builds strong client relationships
• Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with clients
• Complies with regulatory due diligence and safety guidelines
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals, building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities
• Identifies new clients through referrals or center clientele
• Provides coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services
